Provide support to EMEA Pricing teams throughout a huge change management programme that includes new system rollout, product standardisation, pre-sales processes and the provision of prices.
Manipulate, analyse and normalise excel price data
Pricing Software & Process Expert –team point of contact
Document pricing processes, user guides and support documentation
Manage system and process testing
Provide support to 20+ pricing experts on process * system best practise
Liase with wider marketing org- product mgt, marketing communications. previous pricing software experience is not essential.
System requirements on behalf of pricing have been submitted, the role requires a person who can jump in head first, quickly get up to speed with the project, and system and then clearly communicate between pricing Subject Matter Experts and system developers. Strict and tight deadlines require attention to detail, prioritisation skills and ability to shout loudest but with clarity.
Essential
Business analysis within a system development project.
Advanced Excel and communication skills.
Experience of working as a self starter within large organisation structures & projects.
Desirable
Knowledge of telecoms, pricing
Ability to question process
Ability to quickly ramp up into a project.
